1. User’s Responsibilities 

2.1 User must be registered on the Site to use some Services. Except with air-airqueenmask approval, one User may only register one user account on the Site. air-airqueenmask may cancel or terminate a User’s account if air-airqueenmask has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more user accounts. Further, air-airqueenmask may reject User’s application for registration for any reason. 

2.2 Upon registration on the Site, air-airqueenmask shall assign an account and issue a user ID and password (the latter shall be chosen by a registered User during registration) to each registered User. An account may have a web-based email account with limited storage space for the user to send or receive emails. 2.3 A set of User ID and password is unique to a single account. Each user shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No user may share, assign, or permit the use of your User account, ID or password by another person outside of the User’s own business entity. User agrees to notify air-airqueenmask immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account. 

2.4 User agrees that all activities that occur under your account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreements or rules, subscribing to or making any payment for any services, sending emails using the email account) will be deemed to have been authorized by the User. 

2.5 User acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users to use your account (collectively, “multiple use”), may cause irreparable harm to air-airqueenmask or other Users of the Site. User shall indemnify air-airqueenmask our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple use of your account. User also agrees that in case of the multiple use of your account or User’s failure to maintain the security of your account, air-airqueenmask shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate User’s account without liability to User. 

2.6 User warrants that information you have provided when registering your air-airqueenmask account is accurate, truthful, legal, and valid and belongs solely to you. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide to air-airqueenmask, and air-airqueenmask will not held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any cases by incorrect information. 

2.7 User shall have the option to cancel the order only when prior to shipping by contacting our support center. And air-airqueenmask reserves the right to cancel the order for operation strategy with a prior notice to User account. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Refund Policy comes into effect. 

2.8 User shall be respected to have the option to subscribe or cancel newsletter subscription upon registration. 

2.9 User understands and agrees that air-airqueenmask shall have the right to temporarily or permanently terminate all or part of the services at any time in accordance with its own business needs(including but not limited to the cases like violate the terms and condition of air-airqueenmask unacceptable and unreasonable comments or behaviors towards air-airqueenmask brand image ).

1. Acceptance Of Order Terms 

3.1 Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. air-airqueenmask reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. 

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, air-airqueenmask may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. air-airqueenmask reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. 

3.2 When you make a purchase, you agree that the risk of loss transfers from air-airqueenmask to you from the moment we deliver your order to the carrier. 

You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.
